Honestly terrible service. I spend about 15-20 minutes in store and no one ever acknowledges me. I wait at the counter usually for around 2-5 minutes while the staff will have their conversations or ignore me before giving unhelpful service.This place gets two stars because I actually like the products they have - they just don't value their customers at all. I have shopped here 4 or 5 times and experienced the same poor customer service every single time. Would not recommend, will be going elsewhere from now on.

I recently bought beautiful fabric for a clients outfit. No care instructions or prices were provided in store on the roll. I washed the fabric, and majority of the colour vanished from the fabric. I am very disappointed and angry that the manager refused to compensate me in any way. Stating that it was completely my fault that the colour was washed out, despite providing no care instructions at all.
