Yan's Mobile Repairs

I’ve now visited Yan for a number of different iPad and phone repairs, cases and protective screens.He has ALWAYS been upfront honest and very reliable. I would honestly recommend anyone needing repairs to go to Yan.

Very disappointed with service. I took my Samsung pad to Yann as it was not charging properly. He told me it needed a new battery so I agreed and also gave him a USB to download my photos just in case. When I picked it up it had a new battery but still not charging he suggested I leave over night and see if he could charge it. When I went today it is still not charging properly so obviously not the battery. He said it might be charging port or motherboard but didn’t know. I paid $140 to download some photos to my USB, a battery it didn’t need and a pad that is still not working. Surely when you open the pad you check to see what isn’t working before you start replacing parts. As a pensioner that is a lot of money to spend for a few photos and a part I didn’t need.

Yan repaired my iPad screen late on a Sunday afternoon within 2 hours at short notice. Very well priced and good communication from Yan. I was very happy with the finished product. I cannot tell the difference between the original screen or see any noticeable trace that it has been replaced. Thanks again!

Was quoted $80 and forced to pay $280, and he kept blaming me that he ordered the wrong parts over and over. Then tried to give me someone elses phone. Once I finally got my phone, he replaced both screens with not the original colour and my phone is now black instead of silver, I asked more than once for silver. Then he proceeded to blame me further for the wrong parts he ordered while already having the phone is his custody. Felt very annoyed that he up'd the price by 400% and then kept verbally attacking the customer thats about to pay him. DO NOT GO HERE.

Yan is a champion. My dads phone died while in hospital (Over lockdown) and Yan not only went out of his way to make this an easy transaction but made sure it was done quickly. I am grateful for his help.

My iPhone had a sound problem .. I took it to Yan at 11 am it was all fixed and ready by 2 pm same day ! Amazing service.. I have no hesitation in recommending this business .. very prompt and professional..Thank You

Had iPhone screen replaced and since then phone has been faulty. Finally had chance to take it back and they refuse to repair saying screen is scratched ! Don’t trust them !!!

I have just picked up my Iphone after leaving it with Yan this afternoon and I am super impressed and so so so happy. After stupidly forgetting my passcode and enduring 24 hours of frustration trying to fix my error online via Apple Support and YouTube, I found Yan ... yep at the Fish and Chip shop in Capel Sound ... Yan fixed my phone quickly, explained what I had to do to get all of my apps/photos etc etc back and restore my phone to its former glory. He basically gave me my 'life' back .. thanks so much Yan ... Oh and my partner had a dimsim and a potato cake in the process ... two thumbs up for that as well.

My iPhone needed a new battery and possibly a new charging port. He replaced the battery in no time and the phone is like new. Yan could easily have just said I needed a new charging port too, but he just cleaned the phone instead and that works perfectly too. He is a fantastic operator. Thorough, reasonably priced and local! I’ll always go back to him now. Thanks again Yan.

Great experience and very reasonable pricing. I had an iPhone 8 with smashed back and front. Dropped it off yesterday evening and picked up this morning. Looks like a brand new phone. Perfect!
