Went and picked up a BBQ meat a chicken pizza and a Mediterranean lamb with a garlic bread and a cabanas pasta, got home the pizzas were cold and had to reheat them in the oven and they had pretty much no flavour, the pasta had no flavour, spent about $75. Won't be going back there again anytime soon.

Pasta had absolute no flavour and arrived stone cold on the top (luke warm in the centre), all I could taste on my pizza was dough. Do not recommend. Worst $35 spent.

Ordered delivery at 5.45 and given a 6.30 delivery time. Over an hour later I rang to check the progress as my kids were hungry and tired. Was told another half hour at least and it wasn't their fault they forgot to change the estimated time. Was told they could get it ready in 10 if I changed to pick up so I sent my husband. When he got their he was told 5 more minutes, 15 minutes later he was told 10 more minutes. He asked if the pizzas were in the oven yet and was told, no, they weren't. When he asked for a refund he was yelled at by staff that they were doing there best and they initially refused a refund until he pushed.It's now 2.5 hours later and after the kids bedtime. We are eating sandwiches and will not be going back to crust.This is beyond dissapointing and moved to disgraceful and an embarrassment. We could have driven to canberra, had a sit down dinner and been home by now.

Order placed at 6:35, said 40mins for delivery, i called at 7:42 and told order will be another 25mins, order at my door 8:23, 2 pizzas and 2 sides.. all great products and taste great but.. Order a Hawaiian and Pepperoni, Hawaiian was great but the Pepperoni.. wasn't a Pepperoni (see attached pictures)

I’m from the Central Coast and I’ve been to my 2 local Crust’s multiple times but the Goulburn store beats both of them!! I always get the exact same pizza and this is the first time I’ve actually been able to taste the pesto flavour. My friend ordered a spicy pizza that he’s gotten from the coast and said the Goulburn one absolutely smashed it and was actually spicy unlucky on the CC. The staff were friendly and our order was ready within the online estimation time and handed over fresh and hot. We would honestly travel the 3 or so hours just to get our pizzas from here again 11/10

I ordered some pizza online to be delivered to my home in Latham in Canberra but for some reason it got sent to Goulburn I have been trying for 3 weeks now to get my money back with no luck I have spoken to the manager there multiple times and have been told the same thing sorry I’ll try and fix it and get back to you with no one calling back. I am wheel chair bound due to long COVID and can’t travel to Goulburn, I have reported the incident to the ACCC and I would recommend to steer clear of this restaurant as they have shown to be conducting poor business practices.

Absolutely disgusted!The food arrived cold! Left out the front no knock or notification of arrival.We also received spicy wings and ordered Smokey bbq.We called the restaurant & they said they would bring it back out over 1 HOUR LATER!!!! We received the incorrect meal again gave up and ate toast.How this establishment is still operating astounds me!Also when I was waiting we called 4x and got hung up on.Total joke never ever again! I would not feed my dogs this food they need to be shut down if there was minus stars I would absolutely give it to these people!!!

Unfortunately, the vegan pizza I ordered was completely different from all the other times I have ordered the exact same vegan pizza from different crust stores before. No vegan feta (a sauce was subbed), and one or two pieces of the premium fake meat I ordered (when usually this is the main ingredient), and overall was just not the pizza advertised online. Completely free balling with the pizza I ordered and for $22, you’d expect better. If you don’t have the ingredients, it would be a lot better if you took this pizza off the website.

Too much sauce, pizza was a soggy mess and wasn’t cut properly so it just fell apart. And I don’t think I have ever paid so much for pick up pizza. Sides were the only good part.
