I have just received my Mitsubishi Pajero Sport back from Burchells after I was involved in a serious accident on the Monash freeway 3 months ago. The delay was not Burchells fault it was due to a parts shortage. They kept me constantly updated with how the repair was going during that time. The standard of workmanship and the quality of the repair was outstanding.I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a car repaired in the area.

Fantastic service, there was a long wait but most places have that issue at the moment. The car was not only repaired perfectly but fully detailed as well, it was a very pleasant surprise.

Although they were busy and there was a long wait time before they could fix my brother's car it was all worthwhile. The wait time quoted was accurate and repair work was completed within the time frame given. Staff were courteous and friendly and the car looked like new inside and out.

Excellent customer service and quality vehicle repair, repair was finished before schedule which was fantastic. Car was also thoroughly detailed which was a nice surprise. Staff were easy to communicate with and really helpful. Would highly recommend.
