More for the money than actually helping people, despite letting them know multiple times I'm disabled (I didn't want to admit it originally, but recently came to terms with my condition), they denied ever hearing about it, and kept victim blaming ('Well x should've said' 'Well we didn't know' 'Well x should've done this').I hate the phrase 'the customer is always right', but maybe they should take some notes from it and treat their customers as people rather than using facebook during work and forgetting to write down important stuff like 'X has a permanent disability that impacts work'.

Terrible customer service, they lose your record and assure you they haven’t and that you’re in the system and that everything is completed when really they have stuffed everything up and it will take you another month to fix their mistake!! Never using this company again.

Beau&Jenny have been nothing but a problem to me and my son, I found my own job but yet they still cut me off my child payments which I rely on, they have really shown me lack of people support which I thought the Salvation Army should be recognised for, I believe they are rorting the government system just like they did the same with the bushfire victims

Was swapped to them with no pre warning from anyone. I was with them YEARS ago and while there didn’t get a single interview. I was talked down to, ignored, and treated like a product. At Job Center Australia (Who I’ve been with since I left this horrid place) I got multiple interviews, trials, and two different jobs. 100% don’t recommend.
