Great company, would highly recommend.Props to Kim, Shane and the entire installation crew.The communication throughout, speed of install and the ducted system itself was/is better than anything I ever would have thought possible.

I am really happy with our new ducted split system. The team were really friendly, explained things well and came on time for the installation.The office staff were helpful in finding a time that worked for me and very prompt with communication.The only thing that kept it from being 5 stars was some delay in communication during the sales phase but even there, they were great to deal with and once we made contact again everything went really well.Thanks team!!

I have just had a new split system installed by I Heat and Cool who are located at Pakenham. The service from Kim who I first spoke with, and the boys who came to do the installation was amazing, this all happened in just one week, and I cannot speak highly enough of this company, thank you I Heat and Cool !

Great service. From quote to site inspection till installation, very smooth process. Installer explained everything and did a quick job. After install, they clean up and move everything back to original place. Love their work!

I am so impressed with the service I received. I needed a new installation, the price was great, service was phenomenal!I never even knew I had heating upstairs until they installed my new ducted system.They even patched where the old wall until was and left everything clean.Highly recommend!

This morning I rang Heat and Cool to fix our Brivis ducted gas heater' The Administrator, Kim was so polite and helpful. We needed it fixed today and as we would have waited till next week Kim suggested a plumbing firm who stock Brivis products.They came today. Unfortunately we needed a new unit All fixed now.We had 25 years of use. Sincere thanks Kim. I trust your leaders praise you for helping us.Patricia Draper Brighton.

Very prompt and very knowledgeable, had the guy here today and he gave us a very fair price. Our split system air cons are all working fine now. I would definitely use them again, highly recommended
