Pharmacy for Life

I visited this pharmacy for 1st time about 10min ago. I had 2 scripts that i wanted filled - asked the blonde girl if they could be filled while i waited, she advised she would check. She did not come back to tell me the result and remained silent on the matter when i asked her if i should wait outside, only told me i could wait where I liked. Chemist called my name & advised only one script was filled. Where is the customer service - i guess the blonde girl's ears are painted on since she could not manage a simple request! My suggestion is that she get some training on how to listen to customers and respond appropriately in a timely manner.

Great for parcel post drop off and recommend to others if needing pharmacy products.

Extrememly helpful staff. Everything done with a smile and seemingly nothing is too much trouble for them.Recently needed my medication replaced due to compromised packaging. I had been to another pharmacy close by and told youll have to take it back to Brisbane"...Brisbane in flood and Bruce Hwy cut at the time. Did not even read the manufacturers email.Your pharmacy was a complete contrast

Friendly staff, good drugs.

I received excellent customer service here and I also saw staff go the extra mile for an old gentleman who was confused about his medications.
