DO NOT USE! I never leave bad reviews but I cant let this slide.They were meant to show at 9am, said my booking was cancelled. Rescheduled for 1pm & didn't show till 3pm. Arrived on site & then tried to renegotiate the price. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. After i showed them the message confirming the agreed price they continued to ask for more money & when i said no, they just left. SIMPLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEIncredibly rude, unprofessional & SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS

Worst removal company everBooked for 12 they rocked up at 6:10pm! called up at 12:30 after no show and they just said driver would call 30min be for coming. They had know idea where they whereCalled up later at 1:30 they put me on hold for 10min they told me 3:30Called up 4:30 they put me on hold for 10min they told me 5:30I waited till 5:50, called up multible timed but they stopped awnsering my callI actually had givin up at this stage, packed my car with essentials and headed to the new place where my partner and 3 month old baby had been waiting for me and some of our furniture so they could sit down. Half way there they had rocked up at 6:10Once they had finneshed the move at 8:30 the bill was far over what I had expected it was a bit under $500 it was quoted to be $100 an hour + $50 call out refused to pay full price they took $50 off I said no way. You have made me wait 6 hours and now its my bed time and an hour past my 3 month old bed time and i have work next day but nothing is unpacked or set up.I said I'll pay half or nothing. After 20min of arguing my partner went absalutly mental at them so they agreed to pay $250Reason for them being late was it had rained and the 2 jobs before us had been bigger then expected.Had they just rung me at 12 and told me some jobs had blown out and couldn't move me today I could have got somone elseVery un professionalVery bad communicationVery bad English speakingVery bad managementVery bad valueI took the day off on a Monday, i choose monday as i didnt think it would be a busy day for removalest to do the move. It was only large items, I could have done it with a trailer if I had a mate to help. With 2 of them and a truck it should have been easy yet I had to helpI got to bed at 1am and got up at 4am to workFriends mover....... More like failure moverI should have paid nothing and taken them to court

DO NOT USE. Swindled an old man out of an extra $175. Lied on the phone and said it would be $150 to move ONE couch. Upon delivery, told the elderly man that it was $275. When I called to ask how this happened he agreed that he set the price at $150, but then said minimum was 2 hours, plus GST, so $275. On the phone to me he said $150, full well knowing that it would never be less than $275. Since posting this review he has now replied with my full address and refuses to take it offline despite me telling him that’s illegal and called doxing. He told me he would take down my address if I took down my review - so blackmailing. A horrible horrible man.

I couldn't be happier with the service that we received from both ends of our move. The crew were fantastic and the decision to pay for packing the kitchen was a good choice. The young fella that came in packed seventeen boxes in the time it took me to pack 2! Everything was unloaded easily and on the day set. The crew at the other end put everything where asked and nothing was too much trouble. I am very happy with the whole experience and appreciated the professionalism, eg follow up calls.

DO NOT USE!! - We booked Friends movers around 2 weeks in advance. The night before they texted to say they wouldnt be there as agreed at 7am and bumped us to 11am. They didnt arrive at 11 and didnt notify. I called multiple times and they kept saying they were coming. At 3.30pm they said they couldnt come and directed me to their sister company" who could do it the following day. They said it was the same price but when I called the price was 30% higher. I got up early and wasted a day of annual leave for nothing. AVOID!"

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! They completely rip you off and takes 20 minutes to load one piece of furniture onto a truck. They arrived two hours late and when they did it took them over 15 mins to get upstairs to begin (even though they had already started charging me) Extremely Slow and linger throughout the move so that their rate goes up as you pay hourly. They Dropped multiple boxes and caused many scratches to my fridge. A job that should have taken 2 hours max now took 5 hours.My friend also booked with them and they charged her $630 for 3 hours work (apparently one flight of stairs which was 12 steps was an additional $240) absolutey ridiculous that they get away with ripping people off like this. They pull the prices out of thin air !!

booked a removalist at 11:30am called them at 12:45pm wondering where they were, told me that because of their mishandling of a previous job they'll be here at 3:30pm instead. When asked to speak with the manager and get a better price arranged for their mistake, was told that it's well within their rights to be 4 hours late. avoid at all costs.

ALERT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I move my house on 21 May. This is a 2 bedroom house and with only a few furniture. It take 3 hours to move and the travel time is only half an hour between house. The movers is not professional at all. 2 movers coming. Only 1 movers is doing 95% of the work. Another mover is just watching. I do not know what he is doing. I need to pay extra $100 for moving a piano. They say they are professional mover for piano. I monitor the moving. And alert them a few times that nearly damage the piano. Even I do all this, I still find a minor scratch of my piano. They also threaten to remove my stuff if I am not paying the exact amount that they request. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. If google allow me to give zero star, I will definitely go for it.

Was not a great experience moving with friendsmoverThey were very slow to load the truck.Were on there phones a lot.Complained about the weight of furniture.Ended up costing 3 time the amount as it took so long.Would not unload last load until I paid, I found this odd and unprofessional!I moved myself a month earlier with a hire truck was a third of the price and took half the time, would not recommend they!!!!!
