I popped in here and was so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the team. A clean salon and a lovely warm atmosphere. They even let my husband sit on the leather massage chair and have a free massage. Highly recommended!!

I was recommended to try this nail salon from a local one day I was shopping at James St and I haven't looked back since! I have been getting my nails done here every month now and I love their work and service. Sue is a hilarious woman and guarantees a fun time each visit (but if you can't handle sarcasm well then you shouldn't visit this place). I always get SNS done on my nails and I've loved it each time and they've lasted me a good 4 weeks before needing to redo them. Highly recommend this nail salon but also recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Sue is amazing. I live interstate and went in on a whim and wish this place was in my suburb at home! Sue and her team work so hard and her work is amazing. She got a shape from my natural nails no one else has been able to and the finish is amazing. If you ask for something that’s unreasonable from your own nails or in the time she has available, yes she will tell you! That’s what you actually want but some of these reviews seem to think that’s a bad thing?! I’ll be back every time I’m in town.

Absolutely loved my experience. Extreme care was taken in shaping my new acrylics, and it was such a nice environment. Will 100% be returning!

Went there for a manicure and pedicure. I showed the lady a picture of what I was looking for and she said that she could do it for me, then at the middle of the job I showed her again the picture and then she said she couldn’t do exactly the same because of my nails. She offered to do something else, which I appreciated, and then she did the design in the picture. No further comments......Pedicure was okay, but I felt that she was not in a good mood anymore with me, I felt a little bit awkward after that.Not recommended.......update: please read the comment from the owner to this review, you can clearly realise the type of treatment you will receive there. This is not about the design I wanted, this review is about the quality of the service and the design made.If you don’t like to treat with people or you don’t know how to deal with them, maybe you should change your business. Good luck! And hope the karma applies for you too darling.

i got a pedicure done here today! and the service was amazing, they really go into detail and not rush the job! definitely will be coming back here again!

Sue and her team are awesome. Great service and I love that you can book in for your appointment - and unlike a lot of other salons that leave you waiting when you arrive and overbook, Sue runs on time. They are also really efficient, I love that I can get SNS nails and be in & out 40mins. Highly recommend!

Please excuse my ugly hands and my subpar photo skills. This place is definitely one of the best places I have been to. I didn't get her name, but the lady that did my nails is really helpful, friendly and paid a lot of attention to detail when she did mine. She was also the one that suggested this for me. So happy with it. I also appreciate the hand and arm massage after. The price was also reasonable too. I will definitely come back here.
