I had the chance to be served by Helana from the Mosman store in Chatswood. She was absolutely lovely in helping me pick my shade and went above and beyond with helping me find a product/provide me samples. Best experience!!

wendy was the most welcoming person ever. she helped me find my foundation shade and a perfect lip liner shape for around 30 minutes. she was so patient the whole time and never made me feel like i was wasting her time. i really appreciate her help and i hope this reaches her!

Usually love this store and the girls are most often lovely to deal with, however, I received the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced from Jasmine! Zero product knowledge and just overall rude with a stuck up attitude. Fix your eyeliner before you think you’re better than your own customers who are your job to serve!EDIT: thank you for your response. I too am disappointed with my experience. I have never been so embarrassed and shocked with such level of service. I have since emailed my multiple concerns to customer support and await their response. Truly hope the team member is spoken to and trained better!

A big shout out to Sophie from the Chatswood Store. I just wanted to say that she went above and beyond in helping me to get my little girl a product that she wanted from Mecca so desperately. After being told from my local store that they couldn't get it in from other stores and it also being sold out online I phone around and come across Sophie - thankfully ! Sophie was more than accommodating and more than happy to help me secure the product my daughter so wanted. I understand and appreciate that at Xmas time it is very busy and Mecca stop sending products out from stores, but to have Sophie do what she did for us, made sure that my daughter is going to be very happy on Xmas day. Sophie was very professional and extremely helpful and I just wanted her to know that her being flexible and willing to help others absolutely made my day and I'm sure my daughter will be very happy to. Sophie is a great asset to Mecca ! Thanks Sophie - Merry Xmas :)

Earlier this evening myself and my friend Anna went into Mecca quite late to get out foundation matched. We were really nervous to ask for help and the sweetest lady Wendy came to our aid. She was an absolute dream and was super friendly and helpful the entire time. Very relatable and never once made us feel unwelcome. Definitely will be coming in again to get some more products. 10/10 would recommend.Shoutout to the original lady who asked if we needed help but at that stage we were unsure if we needed it.All in all great experience.

I am so in love with this store-from the widest range of skincare (tatcha addict!) to makeup. The staff are amazing as well. I get panic attacks, so they grab a basket & come with me around the store. Hands down the best place to shop.

Went in on the Saturday that just passed. Not very into makeup and didn’t really know what I was looking for. The lovely Ella was very helpful in advising the perfect product for my event and showed me how to apply it and tips and tricks. Amazing service if I am to come I would definitely find her again for assistance as she has such a bubbly attitude.
