Really friendly staff that were very helpful and didn’t make me feel like they were in a hurry or that I was just a number. The lady that I ordered my glasses through also had my best interests in mind in regards to getting the best value from my private health cover.

Excellent service by staff who seen confident and competent. The shop is small (compact) and so the range of product seems limited. It's adequate enough for its regional location I suppose but I'd like more choices. Can't fault the people involved.

I found it deeply concerning. I wanted my multi focal lenses (they where making me feel ill) changed to single lens and the staff made me feel like I was doing something wrong. They told me it could take 3 months for me to adjust to the glasses ,I didn't want to do that. But they still tried to make me use the multi focal. I felt like it was my fault for not using the glasses properly
