Like many of the reviews here, the man tried to charge me an extra $10 over the board price, saying the car was dirty, as if people have their cars washed when they’re clean. This is illegal in NSW and will be reported to the ACCC.The wash was TERRIBLE, with me wiping off dirt from the rims (which I had apparently paid extra to have cleaned off), the roof didn’t even look like it had been touched, and there was still bird droppings all over the car.I was pointing out all the things that were dirty, but it got to the point that the car needed to be entirely rewashed, so will need to take somewhere else.

I’ve had a fairly good experience here in the past, but I took my Mitsubishi Outlander here for a clean yesterday and was pretty disappointed with the results. After a family holiday with more food consumed in the car than usual, the back seat definitely had some extra crumbs from the kids, so I agreed when they said that there would be an additional fee ($75 instead of $51). I wish I had checked the car properly before leaving. The back seat looked like it had been vacuumed in a total rush. I had removed the kids’ car seats so the back seat was easy to clean, but there were still crumbs in the creases between the seats and all over the floor. The floor at each door was still dirty and neither of the back doors looked like they had been wiped on the interior (this was supposed to be included in the Deluxe Wash). The cup holders were still dusty in the back and hadn’t been cleaned at all. The bottom half of the front driver and passenger doors also had not been wiped, as well as the arm rest on the passenger side door. The wheel wells and side panels in the interior boot had not been wiped out at all and didn’t even look like they had been vacuumed. I’m really upset that I paid so much extra for what was supposedly extra work when it seems like very little effort was taken. I opted to have this done professionally as I’m pregnant and it’s not that easy to get in and vacuum it properly at the moment, yet today I found myself in the back seat trying to bend over the seats to reach the areas they missed. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money and just done a proper job myself since I ended up doing it anyway…

For only $45 I got the Deluxe wash inside and out plus one of the best coffees I've ever had included. Great waiting area in the shade with toilets too. Friendly and efficient service and I'm extremely happy with the job done on the car. Even though they were very busy seeing as how the torrential rains had just eased off I was in and out of there in around 30 minutes. I'll definitely be back regularly and can highly recommend!

They washed & vacuumed my car, but the detailing definitely could’ve been better. What I don’t understand is why they messed with the driver’s seat? They actually made my vehicle unsafe to drive. No other car wash service has ever done this. I had to pull over in a safe location 20 minutes after collecting my vehicle to readjust all of my seat’s settings. I gave them a try but I won’t go back.

This place is great. Sat in the sun with a free cuppa tea while my car was washed. Very efficient and my car is glistening inside and out.EditUnfortunately the next time I went here, I received very rude customer service. I was quoted more than expected, and when I asked why, I was told that there was dog hair in my car. I explained that I don't have a dog and that no dog has been in my car in a very long time, if ever. I requested just charge me the normal price and don't focus that much on the dog hair as I've never noticed any. Upon completion, the guy opened my boot and interrogated me as to why there was a bag of cat litter in my boot. He was very rude about it and essentially accused me of lying even though my cats very rarely go in my car and only ever in carriers and they definitely don't have that spiky hair that's difficult to vacuum out of car seats. I was pretty taken aback by how he spoke to me. I still thought the work was good so I can't decide whether or not to go back now.

Fantastic team with great service and quality. Was worth 110$ money for the car wash, wax polished and immaculate detailing n cleaning inside. Will come back next time I'm in the Gong area!

Firstly tried to charge me more because he said my car was dirtier. When I went to pick up my car there was still bits of dirt all over. I asked if they could fixed it and I had to keep pointing spots out that they had missed. I informed the man I wasn’t very happy as it wasn’t washed well, he aggressively said you paid for the basic clean so that’s what you get. When I tried to say I was still wiping dirt off with my finger the man spoke over me and walked off. Overall terrible cleaning and terrible customer service.

Very bad experience for me i just done the car wash for my car & iam not satisfied with the vaccum they have done & still i can see the dust in the floor . Not recommend anyone to use this car wash center.

Overcharged me $10 over the board price. Dumped all my belongings in the boot and then did a third rate clean.Do better.
