Costco Wholesale Casula

My wife and I visited Costco 'Cross Roads' Casula today for the first time and our shopping experience was just brilliant! The store was extremely well presented with a massive array of everything from fresh produce, to fresh baked breads and pastries to appliances and clothing and much, much more!! Given the massive size of the premises it is incredibly well managed. I would like to mention the lovely staff member who assisted us at the checkout, her name is Dominique, we were so happy to receive such outstanding, friendly service from her! The courtesy that you extended to my wife and I did not go unnoticed and you are a true asset to the Costco brand! I'm new to being a Costco customer and just want to say from one cleaner to the lady wearing the pink fluro cleaner.I was waiting for my daughter's and I watched you cleaning. One instant your cleaning windows, then in and around changing bins, too wiping surfaces. Your presentation of the shop front shows how hard of a worker you are. And done with a smile. I think most cleaners nowadays are overlooked for their efforts. The 5 stars are for You and you deserve them. And so does the Lovely gentleman in customer service who helped me log on to my virtual card.

One of my go to cost co since it's very easy to get there via car. For the most part it's ok except the dining area where it's just unkept due to the amount of people eating. Can't change that.

Saturday is a busy day, but the cashier served very quickly, it took longer to walk between the rows due to the large number of people with carts.

High prices and there were fewer varieties compared to before. They should allow customers to enter first and pay for the membership at the cashier if they find it worthy.

Like, it's Costco... what else is there? Come for the great deals on everything and stay for the free samples.... oh and grab a hot dog and a slice of pizza on your way out because those are awesome!

I first joined back in March of last year. It's fine. they need to open more registers. it depends on the time you go but it gets pretty busy. Hot food is really good, though.

We usually go to the Lidcombe Costco; however, this time we decided to try the Casula Costco as we were curious about it and have never been. It turned out to be a TERRIBLE MISTAKE.Firstly, the cashier at Casula Costco was extremely rude. She spoke to us aggressively and yelled at me when my card declined because I used an AMEX. She made it clear that they don't accept AMEX, but her tone was unnecessarily loud and harshSecondly, we were feeling hungry and decided to buy 2 hot dogs. We paid for them in cash at the cashier's counter. It took an excruciatingly long time of 30 minutes for us to receive just two hot dogs. When we inquired about the delay, the lady informed us that kiosk orders were given priority. Adding to this, a man who had been waiting in line for 20 minutes asked the same lady if he could please place his order at the counter and why it took so long to take to order, she responded, 'You should've ordered on the kiosk instead.' Which I thought was an inappropriate comment.Overall bad experience
