Very rude lady. Will not deal with them again.

These guys are so good always helpful always redeliver if your not home the 1st time. I'm so glad that I'm able to have these great people deliver my orders. See you tomorrow guys thanks for being so great.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I have enquired after a parcel that was picked up however owner refuses to check their own records even after saying they do keep a record (?), raised their voice to me, spoke over top of me and hung up on me twice. Unreliable and irresponsible. I will be lodging complaints with the ACCC since they refuse to attempt a full conversation.

Absolutely disgrace of a company, unreliable rude customer service. I call to ask to ensure my parcel is left if I am not home to receive a you have missed card. I call this “service” to tell me she will not leave it nor tell me where my parcel is and i cant collect it she will try again in 3 days. I called StarTrack and was informed she has to tell which post office she is dropping it off so I am able to collect, currently under investigation. I will never recommend this women! Disgusting attitude.

Absolutely useless with a complete disregard of responsibility. My phone was sent from my insurer via Star Track Couriers and it ended up here. I called Star Track and asked for a redirection of the parcel to my work address and the request was done with no problem and I was told my phone will arrive in 2 days. 3 business days later, still no phone. I called Star Track and they start to look into it as the request was sent on their behalf but Yanchep courier service had failed to respond. After I get off the phone to Star Track, I call this so called “business” (Yanchep Courier Serves) lol... and no answer, I leave a message... no reply. I call again... no answer... no reply. I call a 3rd time and someone finally answers only to be met with an obnoxious, unorganised, unprofessional woman who instantly tried to start passing the buck of incompetency onto Start Track and when that didn’t work in her favour (as I had already spoken to Star Track) she tells me fine but it will take 2 weeks to get to me. 2 weeks to travel from yanchep to Perth cbd... Obviously I question this time frame as you could literally courier an elephant around the entire world in 2 weeks... “2 weeks?, I was told 2 days.” She responds with “nothing can be couriered in 2 days” ...lol what is this woman on, it came from Melbourne to Perth in 2 days via Star Track, it’s been with you 3 business days and an entire weekend and she’s trying to convince me she needs another 2 weeks to move it from Yanchep to Perth and that’s “standard practice”. Clearly I’m not mopping up what she’s spilling so I ask “So just so I’m clear, who has failed to perform here. Your company or Star Track?” She then becomes instantly defensive and replies with “ I have other people to talk to, I have to go” and abruptly hung up. Of course you do lady as I am sure I am not the only person your 1 Star google rated company is letting down today. And once again the fate of me and my phone being reunited is placed in this company’s incompetent hands yet another day. Oh dear!

as I wasn't home of the delivery time of my new phone. I rang the office at 5:30am the next day and was told I can come get it now or it can be delivered mid morning I choose to go get it as it was only 15 mins return trip at 5:45am.. they were very polite and friendly ladys would recommend to anyone. thanks

I was almost in a head on with one of their courier drivers on Wednesday as she cut the corner so bad she was on my side of the road and coming straight at me didn't appear to react or slow down and seemed to only correct this when she had to go around my car as I'd come to a holt. Not happy at all.

I arrived in the rain and when the lady inside saw me getting my baby out the car, she rushed to open the door for me.Parcel collection was easy and after reading all the previous reviews of rudeness and poor customer service I can definitely say that I did not experience this side.

Well not sure where the blame lies here. Local courier blames the statewide courier before them and that courier blames the local courier !?. Either way no one has taken ownership of the fact I have damaged goods, that where very late and during the ordeal was thought to be lost as there where was about a week between when all goods relating to my order actually arrived. Which was 4 items. Box 1 and 2 arrived one day then 2 days past and item 3 arrived then a further 3 days past and item 4 arrived. Items 3 and 4 had been dropped so they where damaged. Pretty disappointed as the courier services in the past have been great.

Good luck getting any helpful information from the lady behind the phone.Called up to ask if I could pick up a package that had been missed, got told I had to pick it up between 5:30am-8:30am.Ask for directions, and just get told look it up on the website".Turn up to the Yanchep Sports Club
