If it was possible to give a negative rating, I would. Ordered $120 bouquet for a sick friend, and what was delivered looked like hard picked weeds. Absolutely despicable what they did. When we made a formal complaint, they offered 50% refund. DO NOT USE THIS SHAMBLES OF A BUSINESS

Orders flowers for mothers day, not only did they not arrive, when I rang I was told they won't resend the order and my money would be refunded 3-5 business days. Absolute joke.

I've had great experiences ordering from Petals Network several times. Their prices are very reasonable and the flowers are always very fresh. I highly recommend ordering the designer's choice bouquets. It's wonderful to get a surprise and they always choose gorgeous flowers!

DO NOT USE THIS ORGANISATION.On 28/04/22 I sourced a florist on line that was local to a funeral I was attending on 2/5/22 and commenced to order a bouquet of flowers on line as a sympathy gift. The order was handled by Petals Network for the florist. There was a provision for including special instructions when placing the order so I requested that a photo be sent to me of the flowers that I ordered.I received a confirmation email with an order number and that the Florist (Yenny's) would fulfil my order and the money was taken from my credit card.Whilst attending the funeral I realised that I had not been sent a photo of the arrangement and thought well they must have forgotten to send me it.The following day I decided to phone the florist (Yenny's) just to advise them that I hadn't been sent a photo of a bouquet I ordered on line . I forwarded the confirmation email of the order to Yenny's and soon after I receive a text message apologising for the Non Delivery of my order and that I was being refunded my money.Had I not checked with the florist about the order, I would have been oblivious to the fact that nothing was sent, as I would never have asked the family if they received my flowers. I also now know that I did not send flowers to that funeral as I would have liked, which is so disappointing.Unfortunately in future I will no longer place orders on line through this network and Florists beware this organisation that you are using are giving you a bad name.

AVOID - HIDEOUS QUALITY, NO REFUNDSDO NOT RECOMMEND. SCAM!!!Update 30 Nov 2021: Petals did not provide any refund for the sloppy piece of work, pointing to terms and conditions saying they have the right to modify your order. What they failed to understand is that reason given of flower seasonality which they applied to the wrong colour, wrong flower type, does not also apply to a polka dot box - there is no season for that! LOL. Poor excuses given have left me with no choice but to put 1 star, and warn everyone of these scammers.Petals Florist Network - Flowers ordered were different from what was delivered. Very disappointed. It also has sloppy presentation - flowers wrong colour and box has ZERO polka dots! I was so embarrassed. :(

Thankyou for delivering lovely flowers for mothers day.After seeing the reviews I had a panic.I actually thought I went through a local florist as well and realised it's not, so this also concerned me.However, a lovely bunch in a lovely vase, she is very pleased and surprised by the gift.A deserved review indeed!

Worst florists I've ever experienced. Purchased $115 worth of flowers to recieve 5 flowers, not even in bloom, and limp.Provided feedback and was told they were great and a 30% off voucher.Do not use this florist!!!!!Wish I could give 0 or negative stars!

The reviews speak for itself.. These guys are robbers!My mother spent $214 on a “new baby” floral arrangement and gift for my sister who was in hospital. Instead she received poor quality flowers and some tacky Kmart items. What she received was worth no more than $50.When we contacted customer service they were not understanding, did not offer a refund or solution.If you’re getting this many negative reviews then you clearly need to reflect on the service you’re providing.
