Chi and her team are passionate, professional and amazing at what they do. Chi and her team fixed a brassy and uneven foil job from another salon without a complaint. My hair has never felt better being blonde (from natural black) and this is thanks to the immaculate service and care provided by Stop In Hair and Beauty.I highly recommend Stop In Hair and Beauty and can't wait to catch up with the team in 2 months for root and colour maintenance. The best In the west I’ve had no other hairdresser EVER be able to get me to that perfect blonde, personally my hairdresser is Chi. Chi and her team are truly AMAZING well worth it!! P.S I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! 10/10 for me!

Really bad experience. Very expensive. One of those woman was unprofessional. While she drying my hair and she was talking at the same time. I felt like no respect for customers at all. Do not go there :(((

I'm not usually one to write reviews, however, I'd like to share my experience since it was so shocking. I got my hair done a few weeks ago and asked for a quick quote to get my hair dyed to dark brown. I approached the two ladies who greeted me (while they were attending to another person getting their hair done) and asked them, but I was abruptly told to ask the boss" and pointed to the lady behind them who was also doing another persons hair at the time. The boss questioned me (at least 3 or 4 times) if i was 100% sure that I wanted to go to a darker shade -- I understand why she asked
