Can't speak highly enough of this place, top notch service and a super friendly team. I walked in on a whim a few months ago asking about 3D printing before I even owned a printer, Jeremy was terrific, he explained the basics, answered all my questions and showed me some printers in action.Fast forward a few months and this is the only hobby of mine where I take the time to walk into a bricks and mortar store to buy supplies, simply because the service is amazing and I get a chance to ask a few questions and as a newcomer I always learn something new when I step in the door. A simple example, I was having bed adhesion issues and had tried many of the usual remedies found online - I was telling Jeremy about my issue while buying some filament and he recommended the Filaform adhesive spray - I've never had a print lift since using it, amazing stuff.

I don't normally leave reviews, but just wanted to give a shout out to these guys. I've been hobby printing for 6 or 7 years now with a few cheapish machines, and finally went in on the prusa bear at they sell it.It's been a great machine now, printing flawlessly for months. I just recently had a small problem with the thermistor, and they told me to bring it in and had it fixed up free of charge in 15 minutes.I've spent hours and days trawling through forums for support on issues with previous printers and this was such a nice change and experience. As far as I can see 3d printer gear's support is unparalleled in Australia.Thanks!

3D Printer Gear fixed my Prusa MK3s+ when it was playing up, and were truly outstanding. They were thorough, tweaking/tuning ~ 12 things on the printer. Before I got it back, the printer passed their quality checklists and produced a great print. The service was very competitively priced.Their filament is cheap for its quality too!
