I tried dermapen skin needling for the first time. Kellie was extremely thorough and super passionate about what she does and for skincare. She explained the whole process and was really knowledgeable. You can tell she is honest and only spoke for products she had understanding of. She was really personable and really helpful through the whole process. I was guided the whole way and was set expectations pre and post treatment. Would recommend and return again!

It was my first time visiting for skin needling (previously have had treatments elsewhere). Kellie was amazing - she’s so knowledgeable and patient, I definitely felt I was in good hands. I had my first laser session at this clinic a few weeks ago, and the lady working, Kellie, was very knowledgable and experienced with the service. She worked quickly and was very kind, ensuring I felt comfortable in the laser room. Highly recommend if you're after pain-free hair removal laser :)

Today I have an appointment with Kellie and it was really great. This is my first time going for laser hair removal so she explained for me very detail and easy to understand what we should doing. The service also really painless - like the description and I didn't feel anything at all until it's finished. It's really quick tho, i'll def come back
