I manage an environment in Toowoomba with 40 professional services staff. When the old HP multifunctions came out of contract with their (Brisbane based) provider, I replaced them with Canons from TTC and haven't looked back.These guys know exactly what they're doing. The machines are perfectly suited to their tasks, always running, fully supplied, users like them, and they're easy for me to administer. Support is capable, quick and friendly - faults happen so infrequently we mostly just ask for help feeding weird stationery. The management contract is uncommonly kind.Highly, highly recommended.

We purchased a Canon copier with Total Technology Centre 3 years ago and was very happy with the quality and reliability of the copier in comparison to another brand we also used in our office. When the agreement ended for the other branded copier we had no hesitation to contact Total Technology Centre to purchase an additional Canon copier. We use both copiers daily and again we are very happy with the quality and reliability of both the copiers. Brett and the team have always been friendly and if we do need assistance they would try to respond as quickly as possible.

The service team is very responsive to our photocopier needs and Brett has gone above and beyond in helping us to source an appropriate Smart Board for our business.
