With the greatest sincerity, this company is an absolute stand-out. From the first phone call, the service was out-standing, the lady on the phone was polite and professional. The receptionist took my details, called back to arrange a convenient time. Con came out, advised what needs to be done to my deck, provided full information, including a brochure detailing the process, showed me samples of the colours available, then sent me a link to a You tube detailing the procedure. The job is absolutely brilliant, my deck looks like brand new. I highly recommend Viccon, it was a pleasure dealing with them. I should mention, they even sent a text the night before confirming the start time the following day. We are so thrilled with the results of our Viccon Deck Restoration. I had a few companies look at our deck and they weren't interested. I contacted Viccon online and had a response by the following day. They arranged a quote via e-mail using photos and measurements. Michael was polite, professional, punctual and the communication was outstanding. We just couldn't be happier and they will follow up with maintenance reminders in the future. Initial comms was a little slow, but it was summer and they were busy. After that Con was very responsive and great in getting the job booked quickly. Michael was absolutely great, team always on time and highly professional. Very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend.
