Westag quoted on a $60,000 new Tractor. I rang several times re delivery. A return call was rare with no dates ever supplied. Had a Polaris serviced as well. This place needs an extensive course in Communication as it suffers poorly from a lack of it. I spent $55,000.00 on a new Kioti from Geelong Tractors great product and service.

Excellent Friendly, Staff and Customer Service. I rang five different mechanics to help me out with my amazing TEA 20 tractor which needed some fuel, electric work and a service. Westag Tractors were the only company to call me back, collect, fix and return my tractor within two weeks. All done with a positive, friendly attitude and a Service with a smile. I highly recommend Westag.

Purchased a new Kubota Z422 - Due to Australian supply shortages this was purchsed in advance. The sales experiance was over the phone and excellent. I was notified of the arrival and predelivery inspection in a timely manner. Unfortunately for me the deck belt was faulty and snapped within the first 20 metres of mowing. I was unable to bring the unit back for a warranty claim as I live a 6 hour round trip from the dealer. Dan in the service department was a great help over the phone and sent out a replacment part to keep me up and running while he processed a warrantly claim by photograph. Things can always go wrong but the level of service from Westag has been fantastic.

We have a Kubota BX23. It has just been in for its 50hr service. the team were brilliant. Friendly, helpful and full of useful advice. When we took a while tying the unit to the trailer, one of the staff come to assist and make things easy.

Brought a L4600 hs from growers service.The hole experience was an enjoyable one and as I had an idea what I wanted to do with the tractor. The team was able to work out the best attachments and had great knowledge on all my random questions and at the end sold me a tractor that was capable to everything and more.Also had my 50hour service the other day and the service guys were great and able to guide me on the best way to maintain the tractor.
