My organisation currently use CoffeeTec as our preferred coffee supplier. They have been a wonderful company to work with and always provide us with prompt and affordable assistance. Coffee Tec is our No.1 coffee machine and consumables supplier. Their service is impeccable, and best of all, the coffee tastes just awesome!

Not sure whether the previous reviewer was perhaps dealing with another company, but I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.They have constantly gone above and beyond every single time, even when the issues were clearly derived from our incorrect use of the machine.Highly recommended.

Had machine for 3 years approx. During this time lock on door broke, around 6 months to repair, water pump failed multiple times, on average multiple months of emails and calls to repair. When I had enough of the poor service, constant breakdowns and no service calls ( told lack of service calls due to low coffee purchase volumes, well duh, it never worked) I was held ro ransom by their contract !!!Coffee from this machine was always very watery and below even the standard of cheap instant coffee.Brought my Jura E6 in from home, 6 months on and has not missed a beat. Even in using up the beans supplied from Coffe Tec, which are actually not bad, the quality from the Jura is leagues ahead of the CoffeeTec pile of junkFactor in the CoffeeTeck monthly cost over outright purchase of even the higher model Jura, you are still ahead after the first 12 to 18 months and you own the machine with no monthly payments for non existent service.

We have been a customer of CoffeeTec for almost four years and we could not be happier with the equipment, coffee and service they provide. Our machine is super easy to maintain and the coffee it produces is great. Would highly recommend them for your office coffee needs.
