Pleased with the service and experience by Altech Electrical. Ryan and the team recently upgraded 2 switchboards in our building complex, they arrived on time and carried out work needed in a timely manner.Cannot thank them enough for their prompt, efficient and friendly service. Will definitely be using them for further strata work and recommend them to anyone in need of an electrician.

I had a great experience using Ryan to do our new fans, new power points, light fittings etc. He was on time which is important to me, did a great job and prices where reasonable when I looked around for quotes. Would use him again if I needed to.

Minor issue:my electical / battery functioning smoke alarm was driving my family and myself nuts after beeping continously even though a new battery was installed!I turned to my strata agent and he referred me to a handful of electricans, which i dialled the first one listed....I explained my situation to a gentleman named Ryan, who in such short notice, and a full schedule, stated he would have to ring me back after contacting colleagues in order to hopefully help me out on a friday afternoon ....... when everyone is going home!Lucky for me.... Ryan called me back and advised me that Anthony would be at my premises at a particular time in the afternoon.Low and behold Anthony turned up on time, and fixed my issue by replacing my old faulty smoke detector and checking the electricals in the process.In 20 minutes max, he was done!Moral of my story:5/5 for being professional,5/5 for attempting last minute problem solving,5/5 for timing5/5 for workmanship and5/5 for both gentlemen for being so understanding, focused and service orientated.P.S. I was more than happy with the price too.Ryan and Anthony, i will be definetly be mentioning you to family, friends, ....whoever has an electrical issue.Everything they executed from the first call they received, to the job being finished was good old fashioned high level service!Dont know how many people remember that...Kind Regards gentlemen.Nick...

I used Altech to change over light fittings in my apartment. Ryan did a great job, was fast efficient and cleaned up after he was finished. Would recommend and definitely use again.

I recently used Altech to re-wire and re-fit my house. Ryan was professional and well organised, keeping me informed and up to date throughout the installation. I will be using Altech for any further electrical needs.
