No answer on phones so I turned up 5-7 mins ahead of class time for a trial and was told to download app and book ahead of attending - I said I could do it after as it was my first time there but she was adamant & told me I could join class a few mins late but needed to book ahead. So I downloaded and made an account however she then changed her mind and said to come back later as the class had started. Could have just told me that from the get instead of wasting my time. No wonder their class was more than half empty.
