Emma trained me in Xero, showing a high level of professionalism and patience. I frequently contact Emma, finding her very approachable and easy to talk to . As a sole trader I hired Sandra from Lonsdale Books to teach me how to use Xero software correctly and to look over the way I had set it up initially. She made quite a few modifications with me and gave lots of tips to generally manage it on my own, day to day. Sandra looks over everything for me each quarter and helps me straighten out any errors. She helps me prepare my financials for my accountant at Tax time and I cannot recommend her services highly enough .
