****Warning to existing customers*******scam alert***Check your bank statements, this company admitted to me over the phone they had billing issues and incorrectly issued invoices to multiple customers and I was one of them. I have made two phone calls to this company to have my issue resolved and they have resulted in nothing.Do not trust them with your credit card or banking details as this may result in charges that seem impossible to stop or get refunded for.New customers stay away from this company if you don’t want to be dealing with this kind of drama.

From the manager down, this is without a doubt the home of the worst customer service I have experienced within the area. On multiple occasions, without provocation, the staff have made it abundantly clear that they are not interested in being cordial, helpful or civil and that they will suffer no consequences for their rudeness from their supervisors, suggesting the problem is systemic. I would advise all to avoid this place and to try and find an alternative, as these employees seem to be under the impression that they are paid to help as little as possible and to be as snide as their imagination allows.

Bought Air Mini CPAP MACHINE LAST YEAR AND WAS PROMISED TO RECEIVE REPORT PERIODICALLY.RECEIVED NOTHING TO DATE.HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH MY SPECIALIST AND AM NOW NOT IN A POSITION TO SUBMIT THE SAME.CONTACTED BY PHONE AND WAS PROMISED A CALL BACK.2 RINGS AND HUNG UP.CALLED AGAIN AND PROMISED A CALL BACK.STRESS THAT IT WAS A MATTER OF URGENCY.HOPING.WILL POST HOW THIS MATTER IS HANDLED.
