It was really nice cozy It's a really nice location and has lots of different restaurants and takeaway places around here the kids love playing at the front it was really quiet Would recommend to anyone to have a safe fun stay

We only stayed one night however the rooms were very clean and it was a nice quiet area. Check in staff were friendly. Although located close to main road we heard no noise and it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful for being so busy. Had great water pressure in the shower. Would absolutely stay here again when in Wangaratta

Great location, friendly, helpful management, rooms basic, but clean, good room service. Very reasonablypriced . Definitely would definitely stay there again .

Unfortunately there is nothing good to say about this place. From first entering the room it smelt very musty and dirty. There were cobwebs inside the cupboards where the plates and cups were kept. The only heating in the place was an old air conditioner that barely took the chill off the place. We froze all night. In the morning when taking a shower I was meant by a cockroach. The whole place made me feel sick. We couldn't wait to get out of there and we will never go near that place again.

I booked this on the recent reviews and I was quite shocked at how different my room was to the positive reviews.Let’s start with the worst, 2 lights in the bathroom, 1 doesn’t work and the other is full of dead flies.Cupboard door broken.So much filth behind the couch and under the bed. I say it’s never been vacuumed.Under the PowerPoints instead of a space it was jammed full of filth.Front door was draughty and bathroom had a permanent open window vent. It was 0c outside and in the bathroom.Bed was very uncomfortable.No foxtel as advertisedSpiderwebs in the bathroom exhaust fan.Positives about the room, plenty of spare blankets, probably because you need them as it’s so cold.Microwave was cleanFridge was cleanI have photos to back these claims. Will post if able toHonestly I would never recommend this hotel

Great shower and lots of hot waterlast room which was a family room and even though only 2 of us charged for a family room. Very dated old fridge tiny TV don't know about the bedding cleanliness. Comfortable bed though wouldn't stay again as too old and dated

I am a fussy return customer. I like a good bed. The beds here are excellent. The management folk are lovely. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is a decent Thai restaurant attached.

Good - very comfy beds, great pillows, really nice shower, very clean, good heater, nice staff.Bad - fridge didn’t work (room 3), cold bathroom & cold draft under door (mid-winter), no bedside lamps, very dated motel - in need of a make over.

Not worth the money. Online promotions are almost catfishing. Uncomfortable beds, leaking and unmaintianed bathrooms. Your money can go much much further in town than here.

Stayed here numerous times, always found it to be good value and amazing location. Clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.
