Their charcoal chicken is tender, their chips are cooked to perfection and their garlic sauce is so delicious.Not only is their customer service is great but their service is fast and efficient.The staff went it comes to hooking you up with their food servings is so cracka, I bought a 'medium' serving of their chips it came out looking I bought a large serving size worth of hot chips

This place used to be great, but the new owners are cutting corners and the quality is gone. Today I ordered extra large chips which I waited 20 actual minutes for only for them all to be oily and soggy and they only 3/4 filled the box. Not one crunchy chip. I ended up putting half of them in the air fryer when I got home and even that couldn't save them. We all ended up with stomach aches and I unfortunately wont be back there again.

So sad this was one of my favourite places to eat, now there are new owners its not the same, salads are filled with water, burgers wet and soggy I won't be going back there again!

Jack and his team are amazing, really high quality.Perfectly cooked chicken, we've been buying from there since they opened. Never let us down and we are very fussy.Both the charcoaled and fresh chicken are top quality.They have catered for our large groups a few times also and never let us down.RegardsKathy.

Amazing food shop, staff are very friendly, fast and helpful.Their BBQ chicken is very delicious and best I have tasted ever.All their food is very delicious, BBQ chicken, chicken rolls, beef burger, chips etc.Great prices compared to other shops.Very clean and hygienic place.Highly recommend this place, I live local and always come here.if you haven't been to it you are missing out.

I’ve been coming to this chicken shop since I moved areas and have noticed on several occasions the workers handling raw chicken and money with the same gloves. I mentioned today in a nice manner that maybe they should wear one glove only for the chicken and to leave the other hand clean to handle money only as it happened several times only to be told it’s too hard to do that and that’s why they have the hand sanitizer there. I’m not sure whether he was implying to sanitise my hands or the money as what I’m disgusted the most about is the chicken juice that goes into the wallet and the germs from the money all over my chicken. Seriously disgusting, negligent health and safety practices going on here all topped off with poor attitude and service. Will be avoiding from now on

This is my favorite chicken place . They make the best portugeuse , yet as usual i went to ask for chicken and one garlic medium and the operator put the garlic with the hot chicken which ruins the garlic . So i asked her to put the garlic in separate bag and she asked for 10 cents extra , while my order was more than 32 dollars .Imagine how much unprofessional and greedy that is .Sadly this is everywhere in Australia, even in big shops and supermarkets, which i never seen even in 3rd world countries .
