He managed to re-incarnate an old laptop which I had given up on for my daughter. Robert sorted out our sound bar and Smart TV issues. New sound bar and not even the installer after 3 separate visits could fix. Robert spent a significant amount of time making sure everything worked and stayed working. His patience and skill were unbelievable!
