Australian Pacific College has the best Student Care team (Eric Benjamin), agile, proactive, which shows that the entire APC team in general has the same goals and is on the same path. I never imagined that it would be possible to advance the procedures for early termination of the course that would lead me to the postgraduate visa, it was in record time, and today I can finally apply.Thank you very much and I recommend this school, I have been studying here for more than 3 years and I never had any problem.Thank you and success, keep growing!

I had the worse academic experience of my life at APC.As an overseas student, I’ve been through university, several courses and years of experience in Engineering.I did a Certificate IV at APC from 2019 to 2020 and the experience was not pleasant. The academic level is very low, specially if you’ve been exposed to university before.The teachers were very friendly and did theirs best to engage international students and to work through the start of the pandemic, which I really appreciate.My experience with the student care team was very challenge though. At the same time I had great support from some staff, I had very bad and sometimes humiliating support from others.I couldn’t complete my studies as I had to go through the intervention program at the end of the course (start of the pandemic) and was struggling in different ways, as many of my colleagues, and had never been contact to finalise the process.I tried to contact the college several times by phone, face to face and chat, but it’s absolutely impossible to get any support.Last time I went to one of the campus in person, I was mistreated by Cristina Iglesias, who made fun of my claim and also insinuated that I was lying.Just tried to contact the college again via chat and phone, for a different reason, and nobody picks up calls and the chat is disconnected without even leaving the screen.If you wish to be respected and get the most of an academic experience, please DO NOT choose APC. There are several colleges and universities in Australia that will treat you accordingly and offer good educational services.

If you are international student try to avoid this college.There is a subject called PASS which you had to pay ( extra help in case you couldn't completed the subject) and it is supposed to have help for the trainer but you dont received support at all . The trainer gives you a schedule for the help ( but it doesn't suit according your schedule ) . I had a currently experienced when I called the college to book another day to received the support but they dont answer the calls or the famous chat is full . Even I had to ask to my agent if he can help me to contact with the college.And the end the solution was YOU HAVE TO PAY AGAIN . So review solutions is money

The worst ever course in my whole life!! Not even in Brazil, comparing with the worst College we can find something similar.I was advised that I could get my refund for the term that I did not study, but they decided to hold my money.Liars !! Please dont join in this course . They will do whatever is possible to empty your pockets.

Bad experienced, The college only wants to make money out of their students, Question in assessments aren't like questions. You can't rely on the workbooks and the trainers are useless, all they've said was go look on the workbook. This is one of the money making trap institute in Australia. Avoid it

Too smart to get fees

One of the best things I consistently found during my almost 10 years work as a Teacher at the APC that the learning materials: Work Books, in particular, are quite informative, substantial, and related to the real world scenarios. Also, I am glad to find that the changes in the industry work processes, new methods, and new knowledge are added to these Work Books within a shorter time - than that I have found elsewhere with other Colleges. Lastly, I must say the student cohort accepted into APC are smarter and they have a knack for learning - these are the reasons I have been continuing serving at the APC: Australian Pacific College.

APC provides for international students like no other college can! Great place to work throughout the pandemic. This year and last year gave students a number flexible options for learning. Very much looking forward to 2022.
