Australia Post - Woden Post Shop

Rate 0 if I couldTerrible management, drivers apparently are all contracters and Auspost Woden take no responsibility in their mistakes1/ drivers said attempted delivery when clearly was not, I have security footage that they never came or ring the intercom, but they still said they did.2/ post office only open 9-5, no Saturday and the lines during lunch time is wrapped around the building. If you want to pick up anything, take annual leave, a 30 mins lunch break isn't enough.3/ terrible customer services: lost parcels, wrong name, can't locate parcels happen almost everytime, to multiple people.4/ feedback or complains go nowhere, no solution, no assistant, not even an apologies.

Your branch is a scam!I pay a premium for delivery to my address.My family works from home.Why does this post office continue to take no responsibility and prides themselves as an unreliable service.Fix it!Open Saturday or later then 5pm, your a town centre. Or be better, deliver the mail... Scam to make instore sales.Your becoming out dated like a library or blockbuster.

This is the third time I have posted an express post parcel from this post office to Batemans Bay (under 200 kms away - an hour and a half drive), and it’s taken a whole week to get there. On all three occasions. How they can possibly call this an ‘express service’ is beyond me. No wonder the postal service is dying in a ditch. Absolutely useless..

Two of the staff are nice, otherwise this is literally the most incompetently run post office in the ACT. Pathetic service and inability to run a service aside, every time I go there it gives off super toxic workplace vibes. I always feel sorry for the 2 that are nice.

The staff are incapable of dealing with the amount of people who use a post office in a town centre. There is no multi tasking. The junior staff have to wait for the supervisor to approve things but the supervisor has decided she is better off taking 30 minutes to serve one customer posting 50 parcels (this could be done by a junior staff member) and holding everyone else up.The supervisor ignores the huge line of customers out the door and ignores the multiple people waiting for her to approve a form which would take 2 minutes. Bad management.

Every Friday after work you KNOW you have a line of people waiting around the block basically. Why are you not rostering more people on? Two people to handle 50 people are you serious??!!

Worst customer service.Too much que just to grab a parcel.Not enough staff.

Bad management at this office.> Driver attempted to deliver my parcel to my address but went to the complete wrong building.> inconvenient accident, but it happens, I requested a redelivery as I paid for a service that needed to be provided. The manager of this post office DENIED a redelivery according to the online service rep I spoke to and I was required to pick up the parcel from this post shop. (had to pay for parking and took over an hour to do this)> Aus Post then refused to provide a refund for the delivery fee despite the fact they acknowledge the driver went to the wrong building. How is this not theft? I paid for a service that was not provided?I've had 2 interactions with this post office, both unfortunately negative. It had LONG lines and wait times. The staff are friendly but clearly understaffed.Avoid using this place at all costs! (no nearby parking and wait times for me have been an average of an hour just to get to the counter)

Would give 0 stars if possible. Terrible service, closed early when short staffed, unhelpful and at times unresponsive

The posties leave parcels out in the open (without approval) to be stolen. If it makes it to the post office they just return the parcels to sender without even giving you a card or a headsup that the parcel is even there. Worst post office in the country. Worst posties too
