NOT RECOMMENDED VERY BAD AND RUDE STAFF and VERY EXPENSIVE. she was gona rip my arm off even though they were FULLY EXTENDED AS FAR AS POSSIBLE she wouldnt extend hers at all. talked very rudely. Just disgusting and rushed service $45 for an infill!! nails started chipping after 2 days!

I have no idea what to say, except it saddens me that I need to upload this review after 13 years. The past 18 months, I have absolutely no idea what has happened to the staff & their attitude. Management need to step up & make changes. I've been pretty patient these past few months & extremely fair with the staff but today was the icing on the cake! I was at the shop 12:50pm till 3:40pm. They asked me wait half hour after my pedicure before anyone can start on my infills - I asked why, however she gave me a lame excuse which is not worth uploading. I've been spending more than 3 hours at my appointment which is ridiculous. Staff need to be trained manners & shown how to treat their customers. We are all human. To be spoken to like a child or an animal is something I won't tolerate. Unfortunately after 13 years I will be taking my business elsewhere along with my referrals that I've recommended.Department of Fair Trading will be next to contact as their operation of business does not adhere to the guidelines. I think I've kept my mouth shut for long enough.I've always paid & never complained. I've even stuck up for the staff when they used to get abused. Now I understand why.

Absolutely disgusting service. The staff are outright rude and treat you as a piece of rubbish. Went to get one nail repaired as this is where I got infills and they broke 1 day after getting them done. To be told to wait when I was waiting 8:45 well before doors open. Did not want to fix the nail and still charged for the repair. The way they speak to you is so rude they do not care one bit about their customers. Customer service is -5 stars would not ever go there again would not recommend.

Disappointed in the poor and lack of customer service received from this salon today. I walked in a little before 11:00 with both my daughters wanting to get waxing for both myself and my older daughter as well as a kids manicure for my younger daughter. We were told to sit by the waxing rooms where we sat patiently for roughly 40 minutes. Right before it was our turn to be waxed another customer paying for her nails mentioned she wanted waxing done too, so instead of telling her to take a seat they pushed her into the room ahead of us which I found to not only be incredibly rude but also extremely inconsiderate. We left about 30 seconds after that without receiving any kind of service.

Wait time is too long, Staff asked me to wait for 10min and took around 1hour, Just to take off my acrylic nails waiting for an hour charged me 20$

I found the ladies that work here are rude and dismissive. Had an eyebrow tint. (Don’t waste your money) she was so rude when applying it and then started to talk bad about her job how she never takes breaks and so on. I just wanted to get out of there. I had an eyebrow wax first and I’m very sensitive my skin went red and itch and I made a mistake and touched well she then went off at me and started shaking her head. Yep never again.

I got my nails done here yesterday, they are really dirty and ugly. I asked them to do it again for me and they treated me very badly.I paid $55 for my French nails and wasted my money. Dirty store ❌❌❌❌❌very rude service

I asked them to remove my acrylics and have a manicure done, the lady took iff my acrylics but in the name of manicure she rubbed a lotion on my hand and that's it. She told the manicure is done. Charged me 30$
