We often come here to see children's films in VJunior. What a brilliant idea. Highly recommend bringing the kids to V Junior. 2 separate theatres catered to kids. Special (and very comfortable) seating. Giant slide in the theatre from top to bottom. Dimmed lights, interval half way, and a play area in the foyer.

I went for a movie in Knox village and we have bought gold class tickets. Food was ok ok Not upto the mark. If you paying for food in advance then you expectations are always high. I have found bit expensive specially if you go with family. Otherwise it is worth for one time experience.

Review is for Gold Class experience 25/1/23 for 7.30 session. Staff were fantastic and suggested we order the dining package 2 entrees 2 mains and a dessert to share for $99 and add a bottle of sparking for another $25 which my friend and I were happy to do.Entrees were really good (we were starving) so the Wedges and Prawn twisters really hit the spot, unfortunately our mains to share did not and we hardly touched them. Chicken tenders were dry and overcooked and the chicken and mushroom pizza was drenched in sauce that tasted from a squeeze bottle (cheap bbq sauce) that overpowered everything (gross). The dessert was pleasant, a brownie with ice cream. Next time we’ll pass on the main dishes and just order those entrees.

A great place not to just to watch movies but to have fun and hang out with family and friends. The waiting rooms are very comfortable, which allows you to wait for your screen time. They also have Gold Class waiting lounge for extra class and comfort. The cinemas are have state-of-the-art projector, surround sound system and comfortable seats. Online booking is available if you want to avoid the queue. Coffee and snacks are available. There's a newly created recreation area where you can play bowling. My only issue is that this movie house is already showing its age. The hallway smells sour from all the liquids that's been spilt. Perhaps the carpet needs to be removed and replaced with floorboards to remove that stinky smell.

Movie theatre wasn’t cleaned, bin overflowing, had to wipe popcorn off of our seats and move previous customer’s drinks and food from the seats as did everyone else. Absolutely disgusting. Was ignored by staff when trying to complain. I’m not normally someone to whinge but this was just disgusting.

I was given a Gold Class Experience voucher by a friend for Christmas in December 2021.My wife and I looked for suitable movies in Gold Class and put it aside for a while.We finally found a film this week, May, 2023 and tried to use it, only to be told they have a 1 year expiry. (Tiny writing on the bottom of the card!)Surely all vouchers should be 3 year expiry, but Village say because it is a discounted gold class ticket on a voucher. I tried to redeem, but they would not consider my situation - 5 months out of date.Village have the gift money. Do not go near Village Cinemas Gold Class Experience cards!!

Best movie theatre. I went today to this one for my first time, we were watching the new super mario bros movie at 3:30pm. (In 3D!!) So we bought 3D Glasses, It looked cool, seats: Comfortable, soft i guess to me and good.

Terrible systemic lack of care for customers. My seat was missing the arm rest. This was not comfortable as I could only rest one arm. I sat in my purchased seat. When I raised this with the staff at the end of the movie they said they were aware and I should have moved. They didn't understand that I didn't know that was something I could do nor the fact I booked good seats and only less favourable ones were left. When I emailed customer support they also had no empathy and said I should have moved. Did not offer a voucher to another movie or care 1 bit. Poor form.
