Adrian is very friendly and professional. He comes to our place on time and call us in advance to make sure everything is on plan. He did really an amazing job on our sofa which has a lots of spots. After he cleaned it, it looks as good as new. Definatly recommend him and will use his service again.

I am extremely happy with the help I have received to resolve problems I have had with a tilt chair. Everyone, from office staff to technicians, has been courteous, competent and knowledgeable.

Great service from Adrian and great communication leading up to the appointment. There was black make-up stain on our fabric lounge which I was unaware of and Adrian removed it with ease. So happy with the result. I will definitely be having our lounges cleaned by this company again. Thank you.

As part of a warranty claim, I have been dealing with Studio Leather & Fabrics. The experience so far has been nothing but exemplary. The communication and assistance from office staff has been professional and so helpful. The claim was assessed by Adrian - who arrived punctually and went above and beyond to investigate and explain the issue's I am experiencing with my lounge suite. I am very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Studio Leather & Fabrics.

Our cat recently decided the best place to throw up was on our lounge headrest leaving a stain. Thankfully Adrian came out with his bag of tricks and now the stains are gone and looks like new again. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to remove stains/refresh their lounge.

I had apparently one of their senior technicians come out to make a report on our lounge and he happen to write up all our conversation in the report as too getting to the root cause of the situation.Would 100% not recommend!!!! DO NOT get this company to review your claim. As he said he would have the manufacturer’s look into the leather used to replace this original lounge and it’s origin if anyone else has had any issues also. However there is no documentation of him doing this in the final report. All he seemed to put in the report was our conversation we had and his person biased opinion. Also that I did my research on the internet which most people do. It was almost as he was offended I had researched about my concerns and was being condescending as to How could I questions his apparent profession?! Really rude!Apparently he said he had a reputation to uphold maybe with the big company who pays him not us little people who he see’s no benefit from.I would definitely have give 0 star if an option.If you have a claim and your retailer looking to use these people to review your claim my advice is ask for another leather assessor.

Definatly recommend him and will use his service again to keep the lounge in great condition each year. 5 stars!

I dealt with studio leather and fabrics for the first time. Had an ETA for the arrival of the replacement covers, and within that time period I got an update and they arrived and instantly booked the time of installation over the phone. Adrian was awesome to deal with, he arrived on time and gave plenty of notice and replaced the covers hassle free. Highly recommend purchasing the warranty, especially for that piece of mind that you will be well looked after should anything go wrong.

Very thrilled with Studio Leather and Fabrics. Trusted repairer and cleaner with Proud's Furniture, Taren Point. Second time I have used this company and this time on a 7 year old custom couch that is constantly used by my cats and kids. I was starting to think that the fabric was never going to look as good as new but thanks to Studio Leather and Fabrics, it has come up a treat. Sure showing the signs of age, but I could not fault the job done by this company. So much care taken and really worked hard to get my couch looking as good as it can. Tough job on a well used couch, love it, thank you!!! Cant wait to buy some new cushions to suit my new paint job and clean couch!!! Will absolutely use you guys again! Thanks!!
