Travel to Roselands.This WW often smells horrible, it’s dirty and unless you’re halal or kosher there’s not a great range of food options.Fresh produce is also poor quality.Workers are consistently unfriendly, slack & rude, which just tops off an unpleasant experience.

Tahmina the service manager and her night staff have no training at all. I had to wait an hour for the money that was stack in the self service registers. I kept telling them my baby was crying in the car they didn’t care at all.very disappointed 20/1/2023

Very bad service and shopping experience, I can see the special Vegemite coins in the cash draw, but the staff Mishu told me there was no special coins, just because she doesn’t want to open it, so disappointed!

staffs on the checkouts were so rude!and VERY BAD ATTITUDE for no reason i just wanted to buy some stuff and leave!!!!i don’t know what to say but they’re not doing their job right!! i also work as a retailer/salesperson but i’ve never been rude and gave unnecessary attitude to the customer! i would give them a 0 star for their attitude!!! I hope the woolies there would hire someone professional, who knows how to deal with the customers professionally!!!

i was told by a worker that PRIME would restock on thursday in the morniing. Then 3 days later on thursday morning i went to woolies lakemba and looked for PRIME, i didnt find anyhting, i asked a worker they said next saturday so i went next saturday and again i didnt find anything so i just went back home mad.
