Professional from start to finish. We booked for a party of 25 at our home. The team was on time, friendly and eager to ensure we were totally happy. The food and service was beyond our expectations. Will definitely book again.

We had our daughters 21st catered for by Paella Chef Sydney. They did an absolutely amazing job. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Felix our chef for the day provided such a great and unique experience. Can not thank them enough for helping create a memorable day for our guests.

Entertaining 10 people for lunch we wanted to make it easy and relaxed. From the first call with Felix he was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and committed to ensuring our paella requests were met. On the day he arrived on time looking very much the Spanish chef with all his equipment. The paella was delicious. Everyone loved interacting with him on the day.

Yum yum yum! Felix's chicken and seafood paella was a big hit at our boy's birthday party. Our friends and family unanimously said it was the best paella they've had in Sydney, and I couldn't agree more. It was seasoned to perfection, not mushy, and made with super fresh ingredients! The only thing was we didn't have enough because everyone kept going back for seconds! So good! Would love to have them back again at our next big party. Thanks Felix and Bovi!

It was so easy communicating with Felix and Bovi and all our needs were met to make my milestone birthday extra special.Thank you Felix for accommodating additional dietary needs so that everyone at the party was included.The paella was a culinary experience, perfectly cooked and moorish. We finished with churros and chocolate dipping sauce which were so light and delicious.I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect birthday celebration.
