This place is a blessing. Visited it last night when i could not sleep due to tooth ache and the girl at the pharmacy not just gave me a good medicine but also suggest a good dentist for myself. She didn't stop there, went above and beyond and looked up the dentist address and number and prices too. I am so impressed and thankful to this girl. THANK You.

The pharmacist Will is one of the most caring, kindest and genuine people I have ever met! All of the staff are so lovely and always remember your name and Will has gone above and beyond for me and my whole family several times! We have been using this pharmacy exclusively for years and I highly recommend them to anyone! You are in and out with very little to no wait time at all!!! I am so pleased with Pharmacy @ Knox and can honestly say that they have made the last few years of health issues much more manageable due to their genuine compassion and care!! Thank you Will and the team at Pharmacy @ Knox, I will be forever grateful!!!

Really glad to have a nurse avaliable at night when all the doctors are fully booked or closed. We went on Thursday night for my daughter and the nurse there was so attentive, so lovely and gentle with my daughter. My daughter was screaming histerically and the nurse patiently waited for her to calm down so she could dress her wound. Very happy with the service.

11 dec, sat...It was after midnight and I googled for a 24h pharmacy. Spoke to a pharmacist, I think, James... not sure if that's his name. Asked advice for my symptoms and he told me I shd speak to a Dr about it. He took time to do a search and found that I could do a free telehealth consultation. So I called the number and the dr gave me an escript. Really thankful to James for taking the initiative to give me more than advice. I would be suffering if I hadn't spoken to him. It was a very positive experience.

Was just served by Nicole. She was warm, friendly and happy to assist. She really seemed like she wanted to help when we asked for advice about what product to purchase, giving us a few options and explaining the benefits of each. The place is one of the only 24 hour pharmacies in the area too, which is great!

I called ahead at about 10pm on a weeknight to check if an item was in stock for my daughter but instead of what would of have been a perfectly acceptable yes or no, was provided some totally genuine and warm advice, a product comparison and some casual knowledge droppage from a lovely staff member (whose name of course I have diligently forgotten). Thank you again though :) I had not known there was a 24 hour pharmacy in Knox City (drove to Nunawading first remembering there was one open late there near the Maccas but it's not anymore) so am so pleased that I found Pharmacy@Knox 24" (

Have been going to this chemist since it first openedAlways happy to help you ,great staff. Extremely helpful being open 24hours every day. Surprised more chemists haven't opened their doors as a 24 hour chemist. Very handy when if you are of to work or whatever you are doing you don't have to wait until 8 or nine in the morning.
