It's really hard to admit that you've gotten yourself too deep into debt and seeking help is even harder. I was so embarrassed and so anxious about my financial situation- making the first move was so hard but once I got the process started, I was so relieved. Everyone I dealt with was so empathetic and understanding- it made the process so much less daunting. A sustainable payment plan was put together for me, with everything explained clearly. I can't tell you what a relief it was to have a stop to the phone calls chasing up arrears. 3 years of regular payments later and I am finally officially debt free!
