Would not bother! The roads in the national park are attrocious, worse than the Gibb River Road. While I am sure the sceneries are stunning in hot weather and clear skies, it was not worth the 1.5hrs of the worst corrugated road I have ever travelled or the $15 for the day pass. Replacement suspension for your car is not that cheap! Access to the beaches is impossible as the tracks and roads are not maintained what so ever! Seriously DPaW, maintain your roads!

Nice view and access to Mamang hiking trail. Gravel roads must have been recently graded. No issues with access using a 20 year old FWD! No reception as expected so map ahead and keep paper maps handy. On the reverse journey to Bremer Bay this came is use. Well worth the visit for a day hike and dip in the ocean.

We have up as the corrugation terrible.Could have walked in faster than driving.Time to grade the roads ! It is a National Park that we have a right to access without damaging the car.

Don’t be put off by the drive, it is 100% worth it! The road to Point Ann is unsealed but you are in the thick of what nature this region can offer. On the drive we spotted an echidna, kangaroos, wallabies and emu. Once we arrived at a Point Ann, we watched a family of sea lions swimming, jumping and playing on the rocky shore. The icing on the cake was observing a Southern Right Whale nurse her calf in the shallows close to the shore. We were mesmerised for a good 2 hours as she slowly moved around the bay. She would also occasionally roll over and lay on her back in a pose that almost looked like she was worshiping the sun!The facilities are excellent considering the remoteness of the site. In short, go there!

Beautiful place with impeccable facilities, but they can't make up for the dreadful road in. In my opinion, whoever is responsible for the road should be horsewhipped...

Point Ann
Magnificent isolated area from which you can watch whales (in season June-October). Camping at St Mary river camp site just half a Km up the road. The road into Point Ann has been improved and made more car friendly too. There are modern new-ish paved walkpaths, shaded areas, toilets and BBQ's. Great for snorkeling, swimming and unwinding away from the city. Obviously there is a cost associated with visiting and camping at St Mary camp site but thats how it is nowadays but the unspoiled nature of the area is worth it.

A beautiful spot with a lovely nature trail that is perfect for appreciating the local plants as well as supporting the marine mammals that sometimes visit the bay (winter is best for this)I was lucky to see both Southern Right whales and humpback Wales.
