The pool tables are good quality but the cues are average. Seem to have cut corners on the triangles as they were not the right size for the balls provided. But mostly beware that they have an unadvertised $15 charge if you do want to BYO your own drinks.

The guys and I love to come here because of the atmosphere. Super casual environment and quality tables as well.

This place is amazing, the pool tables are beautiful and the environment is very friendly and welcoming. Perfect if you wanna bring your friends or come in a group. Definitely recommend! All the staff are so lovely as well. There is no fee for BYO.

The best place to go play pool in Brisbane. The staff are pleasant and the vibe is really friendly and uplifting, would recommend to anyone wanting a good night out.

Came on a Wednesday night. Played 1 hour of pool . We verified our time on our shared Instagram story as according to their promotional offer they give 15% off on shared Instagram story posts.We were charged $22 without any discount. Came back and talked to the guy at the counter who was unhelpful. Wasn’t willing to refund the difference in cash or eftpos and instead offered us a drink from the fridge.Asked for a cash refund or eftpos refund into card and denied. Whole experience left a sour taste in the mouth so I didn’t even want a refund at this point.It’s not about the money but the principle. If you’re not willing to properly record time in/time out and charge customers blatantly, you should be ready to offer a refund if you get called out on your shady practices.

Awesome place, enjoyed it there. The atmosphere was urban, and extremely pleasant and enjoyable. Great sett of staff, always looking to help and support the customers with great knowledge about the rules and conditions. However, unlike another review here; the BYO does not carry any extra fees. As of 20/1/2021, please do not let these reviews steer you from coming to CUE UP as many have found it awesome!

Great place to relax. Open very late, good music and very polite staff.
