I was looking for a watch and contacted them online to inquire within the day they were able to source the watch in Sydney and get it shipped within the next day to Melbourne. Had Hayley the manager keep constant updates and checkins. Highly recommended will shop again

I was in Melbourne on holiday and walked into Gregory’s at chadstone shopping centre. The customer service was amazing and they truly helped me find my perfect ring. As I do not live in Melbourne, they organised shipping for me and everything was perfect. Even received the cutest Chinese new year gift which was a surprise. I will cherish my experience and my ring forever and will definitely come visit again when I’mIn Melbourne.

Just wanted to thank Gregory Jewellers for the beautiful ring we designed and had made and the watch that we purchased for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. From start to finish, we were treated with such care. Amy really listened when we explained what we were trying to achieve and our budget. I went in with my sister in law trying to find a tennis necklace. Absolutely shocking service. We were only shown one option and when we wanted to see others no other options were offered. Excusing themselves saying out of stock, with no help whatsoever. We would have appreciated some direction to other store locations etc. Left feeling unvalued.
