One particular cashier working downstairs is an absolutely miserable person. The staff at Zara have always been lovely so I was taken aback. I hope he at least got some joy out of ruining someone's day just because he felt like it. A thoroughly off-putting experience. I felt mistreated and I'm upset. Get help.

It was lovely popping in today and grabbing a cool piqué blazer!Helpful staff, nicely assembled shop and array of items.Superb location as well, taking in some of the best bits of the CBD.

On Thursday I when in for a size exchange for a sweater I got my partner on Saturday. When to the clothes rack and grabbed the right size to find that they was a stain on the sweater.( that I picked out on the clothes rack) I asked the Asian guy at the counter, could I get another sweater as this one has a stain on it. He said you would have to wait half and hour. It said I have to get to work. We agreed that I would come in the next day and pick a brand new sweater. On Friday morning I was the first to enter the store, no greetings from none of the sales assistants. When to the counter and got the sweater. In the evening, I handed the sweater to my partner to find that it was the same sweater that had the same stain on it. I was fed up and decided not to return and highly recommend no one does too.

I come here to return the iterm that I bought, I gave them the same card, because I have only one card, I can show them the bank statement but the girl said i gave her different card and she refused to refund for me. I told her I have only one card, what she wants me to prove her? she refused to do so and aske me to get voucher . sooo bad service. I rather buy online.never come back for sure.

I am a long time customer of Zara normally shopping in store. This time purchased online, and the size was incorrect Requested a return and was given a label with a link to drop off points only to find it is impossible to connect to the link. Checked google which advised it could be dropped off at the post office. NUP they refused to take it. went on to the zara chat to find out a drop point near me, only to go through the whole exercise of getting a return label which I have. When I insisted on a location, they just left the chat. I will now have to take the time to go in storeCustomer service ZERO

Disappointing shopping experience. Bought a jacket and it turns out that it has been worn by somebody else. blood and stains everywhere. So I went to the store, of course as a customer, if this thing happened to you, you will be angry. The staff has a such terrible attitude and threaten me. The return policy clearly said the product has to be in original condition. How did this item pass the return test? I am so disappointed about how irresponsible Zara staff and the service are. Such a big brand. They took advantage of their name and reputation so they don’t care about customer anymore. I am sure with this attitude, it won’t go far. So disappointing. I have reported to fair trading. Never go again.

Incompetent staff and ridiculously poor customer service. Made to wait 50mins for pants to be brought out from the storeroom.Enquired about whether they had specific pants in my size. They had them in the storeroom and was told it would be out shortly. I waited 50 minutes for them to bring the pants. I didn't say anything for the first 25 minutes, then i followed up with a different staff member and the response I got was just wait another 5 minutes

I agree with a majority of the other comments that the service by Zara staff is poor and it is clear the customer service is not a priority.While the store can be busy at times and staff are focused on returning items to shelves, during quieter times, the staff will spend time chatting to each other than checking on customers.If you dare approach a staff member for help, it will seem like you are inconveniencing them.In terms of quality of items, a majority of garments and accessories is poorly made, but still priced at a premium. Even on display, garments have loose threads and just not made well. A laptop bag/briefcase only lasted 6 months before it started to fall to pieces. Of course, it is non-repairable so it just goes toward contributing to wasteful fast fashion that can't be reused.Overall, given the quality of items, prices of goods and service, I choose to shop elsewhere.
