Would highly recommend for any mechanical work and customer service is outstanding.I thought my car was gonna cost an arm and leg and it was almost dead until the guys at montech sorted it all out at a great price great value

Curtis at Montech was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too hard for him. He went out of his way to fix my problem when other mechanics would have given up. In fact I did go to other mechanics and they washed their hands off me. So I would highly recommend Montech to anyone looking for a great mechanic in Mandurah.

Curtis was really helpful.The charge for the 105000km service was great. It was great to talk to the mechanic rather than a clerk as he listened to what I explained was occuring, then told me what he thought it was and explained why back.Would definitely go back there and I hope others do too.

The man I believe to be the owner of the business is very unorganised and has a very low level of customer service as he was very rude and passive-aggressive with me, trying to blame me for his own mistakes.I had my car checked out after being in an accident as my car was making a loud noise.They checked it out for free, diagnosed the problem and said they will get a part in and call me back. I never got a call back, after waiting a week I called them back and the same man answered. He was very rude on the phone, he had no idea i was waiting for them to call me and tell me that my part was in. He was very unorganised.He said he'd have a look at it and call me back. He called me back and told me that I can come in anytime from a week from that date so I said I'd call him back because I am very busy.I work 6 days a week and I have an appointment on my days off so it was very hard for me to find time.I got back to them a few weeks later, a different man answered the phone and booked me in for this morning at 8am to get my left rear side shaft fixed.I got to Montech Motors this morning and the man that I believe is the business owner came to the front desk to serve me.Again he was very unorganised, did not have my part even though I had called them a week ago and had the appointment booked to get it fixed.He then had the audacity to blame me for his own mistakes saying I got sick of having parts laying around for people who don't show up". As a business owner and working as a mechanic you should know that people are busy with their own lives

Car repaired for just under $2000, in less than 24 hours the same problem occurred. The owner Curtis was condescending and unhelpful when called to discuss. Following up with consumer protection.

UnprofessionalGave us a quote on the Thursday and after the job was finished on the Tuesday charged us an extra $300 because they changed their minds on the type of oil to use without informing us.After payment gave us a bank receipt for work done.Had to go back in the next day and demand a proper invoice.Would not recommend !

The owner is very friendly and did a great job. We had some issues with our car and the mechanic found out there was a problem with the fuel system. He fixed it really fast and we are happy. Thank you!

Curtis at Montech Motors has been my (and my family's) mechanic for quite a few years now and I couldn’t be happier. He has always listened to what appeared to be a problem with my vehicle and took the time to have a good look and make an honest assessment of the problem. He is my go to guy for all of my vehicle’s needs, no problem is too small or too big for him. I find that he and his team are wholly competent to diagnose and fix any problem that has arisen and at a very reasonable price, as costs are a big issue. I highly recommend him and greatly appreciate his honesty and customer care.Thank you Curtis and Montech Motors.
