Rubbish service and massively over priced. They say that they price match, but they only do it for some things... If there are more than 4 shops out there charging cheaper than you guys, you can't tell me that the prices are fair and then arc up and give a customer attitude for calling out that your prices are bs.I feel sorry for new fisho's who go into this place doing no background research and end up paying these marked up prices and getting ripped off.It's a shame because their range isn't too bad, but their service and prices are trash. Worst service I have experienced in a Sydney tackle store. The big fella who I assume is the owner/manager has the worst attitude and serviceWont be returning to this shop and will be telling all my family and mates never to set foot in this store.

I bought a shimano marlin jacket online only to receive a call the next day from Craig stating they didn't have my size in stock and that the next size up should be ok, upon receiving the item it was clearly too big so I returned it, I did however receive a full refund for the item only, but I had to pay for the return postage which I thought was very inconsiderate... Considering Craig was the one who recommended the larger size.Be very careful about buying anything online from these guys, I wouldn't.

Not sure why they received low reviews, they’re a great little shop with great workers, they helped me get the gear I needed and also showed me and my partner how to rig up soft plastics, will definitely be back again soonThanks guys !

Good bunch of blokes. Good range of products and quality brands. Buy local support local. They price match on what they can.And in response to all the trash reviews. Prices for small businesses do their best compared to wholesale / larger businesses.

Always a great experience shopping at this store. They are very helpful and always provide great customer service. I dont get a chance to get out there for a camp or fish very often but when i do these guys are always one of my go to places to stock up.

Tried to return something I bought based off the recommendation of the salesperson after realising it was a significant over-sell for my needs, but they wouldn’t refund my unopened product - only offered store credit (and since I’m not someone frequent this store, that really didn’t help). Happy to acknowledge that they have a good range of products though, and that the products seem to be well-made. Just won’t be going strictly off the recommendations of the salesperson here in the future.

Don't just read my review but others too and form your own opinion. Ask yourself why are so many people are making similar comments!Understand they're a business but some products are really over priced!!! If you're a beginner and don't know what you're doing then you're gonna get ripped off here.If you know what you're doing then you'll know what I'm talking about.. return policy is a shocker at this store, in fact there's no return policy.Be safe just go to BCF or Anaconda.

Great experience with my purchase (Hobie kayak). Great to talk to (Bronti) with my shipping concerns. Can't recommend them highly enough. Eleven stars.

I found products here were way more expensive than other stores and they don't really do exact price match. The staff was friendly and quite knowledgeable. However, just keep in mind that you will not be able to return items and get a refund if you change your mind, which I think it is a bit inconvenient and frustrating as most stores have more open return policy. This strict return policy has turned me off and I would probably not shop here again.
