Amazing. After just 3 lessons my 4 year old is swimming unaided. Staff are so friendly and personable.

Friendly staff and the facilities are amazing. Kids love the pool and it's always a struggle to get them out.

Both my daughter and I love our mornings at Jump!! You couldn't ask for a better place to introduce your child to the water. It's friendly and inviting, encouraging learning in a fun environment. Highly recommend.

This swim school we were using from past more than one year but now since managing people have changed, Jump swim has forgotten all sensitivity required for a swim school for babies as young as 6 months. The 2 main problems for which we have cancelled our enrollment and will suggest others to think as well.1. Very frequently changing staff. You are not sure who will take your next class and sometime you will find a swim teacher who does not know to communicate with little ones and not to mention about their swim skills, which is never visible in swim school.Don't be surprise when you find a reception guy taking swim class for your baby!!2. They do not show any softness if your child get sick and cannot attend his lesson even if you have communicated well in advance and have provides medical certificates, which seem a joke for our GP to create these for swim classes. They will provide you one make up class per month irrespective your little one is sick for how many weeks. Moreover you do not expecy to reschedule make up class even your child is sick on his make up class day.Being a parent you keep wasting your money and they will not show any sensitivity towards your little one.I like to emphasize the need to sensitivity that should be there in such business that deals with little ones and every business should create their policies to mind these things.

I've had a great experience with Jump swim school. The team are very friendly and great with babies. I have also found them to be very flexible when it comes to 'make up' lessons due to my baby being sick. The only feedback would be they are difficult to reach by phone but much better at responding to email.

I am very happy that my daughter is learning swimming here. The teachers are awesome and friendly, they made sure she learnt swimming from the basics, hence overcoming any fear of water.The pool is heated and the place is quite clean.

We have had a wonderful experience. Found the staff to be friendly and the swim coaches all accredited swim coaches. The Indoor heated pool is great for year round lessons. Our kids enjoy their lessons and love their instructors. Highly recommend.
