My experience was really amazing, I visit on last Sunday . The girl, working here is very cooperative, friendly and informative . She helps me choose right cake for me.

I guess I am a reasonably frequent buyer here. I visited the shop 7 to 8 times last few months. I have always been happy but I have met a new sales girl during my 2 most recent visits, and I thought, she was rude. Today she took me to task for putting an online order to be collected the same day and advised I should have ordered yesterday. She refused to give me a plastic bag and said I have to pay 30 cents if I want a bag. This has never occurred before, I always was served by nice sales people. When I visited the store three weeks back, I had the same unfriendly sales girl; that day I forgot to get stamp on my loyalty card (5 stamps give customers a 6th cake free). she was very reluctant when I showed up later with receipt and requested a stamp . I don't think I will buy cakes from here again if I see her again. If she is the person serving, I will go to the cake shop next to Coles.

Ordered online for my daughter's birthday party. When I go to pick it up they didn't check the online order and didn't make our cake. Very disappointed!

All the Cheesecake Shops are great. This one is situated outside Woolworths & is a small branch, but has a good selection of beautiful gateau & cheesecakes.

Extremely dissatisfied with employee professionalism. We paid for a cake at 2:11pm and asked if we could pick it up after doing some groceries. Returned to a handwritten sign saying the staff member was out for lunch until 3:40pm. The staff member was sitting behind the counter to avoid serving customers. We called the phone number and still couldn’t get her attention so we had to wait until she stood up from behind the counter and was willing to provide service again. Not sure what the company policies are but I’m sure having a 30 min lunch break at 3:40pm without having another staff member available to cover is not good company policy. Lots of customers were waiting to buy cakes and left with no employee available over the 30 min we waited.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They put a cake aside for me after I called enquiring.Unfortunately the lemon meringue we bought was pretty terrible, with the lemon curd tasting gritty and artificial. It's likely the rest will end up in the bin.This is something I have found with the cheesecake shop is the quality is steadily declining, while my expectations have raised over the years as the quality of pre-made food has generally improved.None of this review should really reflect on the staff who just bake off a preset recipe, this is a criticism of the chain as a whole.Note this store is in the shopping centre but the info service is incorrect. The store is outside Woolworths.

Bought my daughter’s first birthday cake from here. I was charged $85 for the most horrible cake I have ever seen and tasted in my life. I gave them a photo and asked for a custom cake. It looked nothing like the photo. The decoration was sloppy and messy. When we tried to cut it, it was like trying to cut through a brick. Everything was just too hard. Also once you cut it, the layers were just fall ing apart from each other. The taste was horrible. When we saw the outside we spoke to the employee who just told us to leave it if we didn’t like it. They didn’t care at all and were rude. This cake ruined my daughter’s birthday and I will never ever buy from a cheesecake shop again. It just went in the bin. 85$ of garbage.

I usually only try to write good reviews but the service here was so bad that I feel compelled to let others know. As I approached the counter the staff member was on the phone and mid conversation proceeded to tell me that I would need to wait 5 minutes as she had another important call to make. She then proceeded to tell me again mid call that she could only take cash in a very impatient voice. I did fortunately have cash which she took and then just flicked the change back on the counter with not a glance in my direction. This was my first visit to this store and I won't be returning. I would rather drive to annerley where the service has been outstanding.

Extremely disappointed. Tried to buy cheesecake just after 1pm on a thursday. Both employees in store claimed to be on break together and refused service. No sign to say they were on break......and what sort of franchisee is allowing his staff to take their breaks together when there r no other staff in store.

Im sure they have great service and are are professional. Waited 25mins today (during opening hours. 10.15am). A sign read be back in 5 to 10 mins to pick up cakes, sorry for the inconvenience. Watched 5 people come wait and then leave, while i waited. I am disappointed. During christmas i expected more. Still no one when i left
