I've been buying books here for the past 10 years for my children. Great staff, great service, please show some love! They deserve it, for all the kindness they've shown me and my children for the past 10 years :)

Kind and friendly employees, provides an excellent tutoring service. My 12 year old is enrolled and his marks have increased exponentially.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This book shop is the worst! I ordered my daughters books in February and they told me the novel she needed was out of stock, but the other was ready for collection. I said I will collect together so let me know when ready. I called every month and they told me not available as yet, then in September I called and they said yes it has been ready since April. I said no as I had called every month, I was told I was a liar and when I went to collect I was charged another $20 for them holding the books! I have never been more disgusted with a shop!! I will NEVER order from them again!! I suggest everyone else go elsewhere too!!

The staff give such great advice on which books are the best. They do not just try to sell you anything. All the negative reviews are so exaggerated - I’ve never had a bad experience here . Highly recommend to all!

Been here for the past 3 years. Always had good experience every since. Books are way cheaper compared to school prices and amazing tutoring helping me get amazing marks at school

When I went to buy a literature book for VCE they were out-of-stock and suggested they would deliver the book after 2 weeks. However, I then received the book 6 MONTHS after I initially ordered. AFTER DOING MOST OF THE SACS FOR THE BOOK! When I went to get a refund, they said they couldn't refund! I recommend not to buy books from here if they are not on the shelves already!

I would give negative if I had the option. It is the most unprofessional and irrespoinsible staff I ever met, and the worst shopping experience I had. I would like to keep the review brief but am happy provide evidence to anyone who are interested in what has happened. Working on a formal complaint. Feel free to shop here if you would like to have an outstanding order for over a month, and follow up all by yourself, be provided with inconsistent information, and be forced to buy after you request for a refund. Oh, the most wonderful thing is you are able to communicate with a manager who is proud of her experience in handling disappointed customers and not afraid of any complaints! Wonderful.
