The only mechanic in the whole area who squeezed us in when we had a breakdown. Super friendly team and great work. Jon put in a lot of effort to get us back on the road before Christmas. We felt very well taken care of and are super happy!

Had issues with our Civic, they managed to fit us in even though they're flat out. Repairs were as quoted and on time. Service is great in respect to customers and the quality of their work. They've got a new regular in us now.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Our car was written off while in their possession and they refuse to pay excesson their public liability insurance. So we have lost our vehicle. The female that answers the phone should seriously work on her people skills abusive, disrespectful and down right nasty. I suggest no one takes their vehicle to this place.

They are shifty and so un professional ,leaves my car windows open for 2 weeks pulled a cable out of my throttle controller and doesn’t want to pay for it, charges you a dpf clean service 1090 which you could get a near new or new one … got car back next day dpf light goes on he doesn’t know anymore so you need to go to a specialist.. I payed him and his nasty misses nearly 3000 all up to have the engine light on again and dpf light on abd and he reckon it’s the plug and play power chip that’s the problem.. I want my money back John you dishonest tradesman.. now I know why VALLEY MOTORS use you and Aregenton mechanical..Ultimate karma is coming your way .. yous have damaged my job,my bossiness and my bread..

Outstanding. Was in trouble on holidays and broke down. Must have called 10 mechanics for assistance but they fit us in, diagnosed and repaired issue in a few hours and got us going again. So grateful!
