Had my car vacuumed and wiped over… this is the end result! When I questioned it, came over with a muddy cloth and wiped it. Not happy. Waste of my time and money.

Alot to be said here. firstly I made an appointment days earlier by ringing the listed number and scheduling for a 1pm wash with a list of other services. When I arrived, after hunting down a staff member, I was told my car would be ready at 4:30pm. What really struck me here was that they didn't ask for a name, a phone number or anything, just took my keys and went on their way. 4:30 arrives and again after finding a staff member paid and got my keys back, really wish I looked at my car before paying. Over much of the car there is still dirt and water marks and windows and mirrors are worse then when I arrived, interior in many places hasn't been done even though that was one of the main service I requested. Defenetly not worth the $139 I paid.

******Don’t go there******I was left with $214.40 worth of damages to my car after taking it to WashMasters Hand Car Wash & Detailing at Elizabeth for a “Superwash”.After collection, I noticed immediate damages to my car remote window switch, with the windows not raising and water visibly on the switch and on the actual glass.After assessment, the reputable car yard that I took it to confirmed that the water damage during the clean would have been responsible for the damages.The damages cost me $214.40 to rectify.The superwash that caused the damages cost me $59.95.I sent a formal request to the Manager for compensation including a transaction statement of the services they undertook and the invoice from the car yard for the repairs. After 7 days I still had no response.I followed it up asking for an acknowledgment / determination. After 7 days I still had no response. I sent them a letter notifying them of the next steps I would need to take. 7 days later still no response.Don’t risk causing yourself emotional and financial stress – find somewhere else to take your car.

First car clean... reasonable job... but they were not meticulous with cleaning windows

DON'T GO NEAR WITH A TEN-FOOT BARGE POLE.This place should be shut down it's so pathetically atrocious.Their customer service is so completely and utterly pathetic and completely lacking in any sort of professionalism or care that it's horrifying to think what they're doing with your vehicle.I attended here to get four of my vehicles given the 'complete works' - Premium Detail on four Holden VFII Sportswagons, including De-Bacterising, Engine Cleaning, Interior Vacuum, Boot Vacuum, Wheel Bling, Bug & Tar, Dash and Console, Mat and Carpet Shampoo and the Leather Treatment. I expected, and was quite happy to have paid, the $681.95 for each (totalling a possible $2,727.80 for all four).I waited, first by their office door, then inside their office, then again outside by the door, for over 15 minutes. I watched the same staff member walk backwards and forwards four times in front of me, less than 15 metres away, with only a glance and a nod from them once, with another staff member washing a vehicle directly in front of me less than five metres away, before they moved the vehicle out and brought another forwards, with another employee noticing me while inspecting another vehicle. In the entire time I was there, not a single staff member approached me to ask if they could be of assistance - you know, the basic and common customer service that even a 15 year old child can master.All three of these staff members noticed me, yet intentionally chose not to care or bother to approach me. I received the distinct impression from their intentional aversion of me that they thought I was a prior customer with a complaint.When I finally managed to flag down one of the staff members and requested to speak with the owner or manager, the employee stated no"

Terrible service, manager was rude and arrogant and wasn't interested in cleaning all the missed spots on my car, charged extra for a 4x4 and didn't even clean the inner wheel arch, had to point out about 30 dirty spots, in the end I paid and left with my still dirty car, $160 for a half done job, wish I read these reviews before taking my car there ,will definitely not go back and will be warning everyone I know to stay away from there.

I paid for the $69.95 car detailing package.The car ended up being dirtier than when i dropped it off. The boot was saturated with additional mud left in it. The front drivers side floor wasn't even cleaned and list goes on. Needless to say i will never take my car there again.

they did a great job, I got the full detail done which was a bit cheaper than elsewhere and the results were perfect, this is a great way to get your vehicle ready for sale.

Appalling service and quality. Spoke to the guy at the start and he said that it would be $60 then at the end he said $80 as my car was a 4wd. My car is not a 4wd, a Toyota hilux is a 4wd.Even then it was still $10 over the original quote and he said that was for the boot clean. We did not want the boot clean and explicitly said so.Will not be coming back here
