Bayside Fish & Chips

Terrible. Received our fish and chips with the flake missing and everything was very overcooked and dry. When I contacted them they didn’t answer the phone, on the 3rd try I got through. Once I told them what had happened, they hung up on me. I called them back and got told they would call me back to which they did not. Terrible food and terrible service.

First time here and we loved it, the fish portions were generous, chips same, potato cakes nice, I couldn’t believe the thickness of my barramundi or my wife’s flake, batter was crunchy and not oily, keep it up guys

Great food, excellent customer service. Great Souvalaki, fish, and crab sticks. Excellent follow up when menu log driver did not deliver our coke. Delivery driver has to pick up his game. But could not fault this restaurant or their customer support. Have ordered several times and will do so again.

Tried out new fish n chips shop hoping it might meet standard of Sorrento fishnchips but no. Service very unfriendly, no warmth. We ordered blue grenadier, potato cakes and pineapple ftitter. All too oily. Everything out of a plastic bag in full view of customers. Very disappointing, will never go back or suggest to others to try it. Anyone at home can cook take out from variety if plastic bags.

Great fish and chips. This place has just opened and we thought we would give it a try. Had grilled flake, chips, crumbed prawns, potato cakes and fried dim sims. All great. Would recommend and we will definitely be back.

Service was good but the chips, potato cakes and spring roll were overcooked and inedible.

Being a new place opening only in the past couple of weeks we have been waiting for it to open .We final found it open so ordered by phone our fish and potato cakes. The fish was nicely cooked and we were able to buy some King George whiting. Often told it is this fish but ends up being blue whiting or something else. The potato cakes were really well done and we were given an extra cake. Such a bonus .We will definitely go there againWell we tried again tonight to get dinner from the Bayside shop. On their web site it said it was open but NO it was closed. So far out of five or more times we have wanted to get fish and chips from them we have been lucky twice.

Dreadful.Went there for Good Friday and was the worst experience. Very expensive with almost $4 public holiday surcharge. Fish and potato cakes undercooked and batter was soggy. Would never go there again.

Amazing fish and chips store. Easy to park my car. The fish was juicy enough!!! Highly recommend!
